Submission
JESHS accepts manuscripts through its official online submission system. Authors will create an account, sign in, submit a manuscript and follow its status. The OJS submission link will be activated when the platform is launched.
Publication fee
Submission, peer review and publication are currently free of charge. No submission fee or APC is charged.
Peer review and decisions
Manuscripts are screened for scope, scholarly quality, technical compliance and ethics. Suitable manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. Decisions may be acceptance, minor revision, major revision or rejection.

Length and language
The recommended maximum length is 25 pages. Manuscripts are accepted in Azerbaijani, English, Turkish and Russian. Every manuscript must include an English title, abstract and keywords.
Author information
A separate title page should include full name, academic degree and position, affiliation and country, email, ORCID and corresponding author details.

JESHS uses APA 7 author–date referencing.
Double-blind anonymisation
Remove author names, affiliations, acknowledgements and identifying metadata from the review manuscript.
Ethics, plagiarism and AI
Authors must comply with research ethics, authorship, conflict-of-interest, originality and AI disclosure requirements.
